I grew up and studied in the UK and moved to Tuscany in 1989 where I now live.
I studied textile design in Manchester where I developed an aesthetic appreciation for light and colour, elements which are so prevalent here in Tuscany.
Add to that the delights of the Italian lifestyle, architecture and cuisine which is has always been a source of joy for my family and friends.
Initially not speaking Italian, I began by working in the tourist industry, learning the language, and navigating my way around the challenges of a different culture.
My involvement in property management has organically evolved over the past 20 plus years.
A Place in Tuscany is a collection of knowledge which I have gathered a long the way.
